Acest proiect este un cadru spațial pătrat / înălțime 16 metri / lungime totală 30 metri / deschidere totală 18 metri

1. Instalarea cadrului spațial din oțel trebuie efectuată după acceptarea axei structurii inferioare și a plăcii încorporate.Cerințele pentru suportul inferior sunt: ​​diferența de înălțime între suporturile adiacente (distanța L2): valoarea mai mică de L2/800 și 10mm, la aceeași cotă Diferența de înălțime între suportul cel mai înalt și cel mai jos: 20mm;

c.Pentru cadrul de plasă susținut de periferie, abaterea de înălțime admisă este de 1/400 din suportul adiacent și nu trebuie să fie mai mare de 15 mm, iar maxima și minimă nu trebuie să fie mai mare de 30 mm;pentru cadrul de plasă susținut de mai multe puncte, abaterea de înălțime admisă este de 1/800 din suportul adiacent și nu trebuie să fie mai mare de 30 mm;

d.Detectați deformarea rețelei conform specificațiilor și cerințelor de proiectare.După construcție, deformarea cadrului spațial din oțel nu trebuie să fie mai mare de 115% din valoarea de calcul de proiectare.(Valoarea maximă de deflexie a cadrului grilă L/250)

4. Dacă există bile de sudură la nivel local, sudarea cu caneluri este utilizată pentru sudarea bilei de sudură și a tijei, iar gradul cusăturii de sudură nu trebuie să fie mai mic decât gradul al doilea.

5. După finalizarea instalării cadrului spațial din oțel, suprafața îmbinărilor și tijelor cadrului spațiului trebuie să fie curată și fără cicatrici și murdărie.Îmbinările și găurile în exces ale articulațiilor sferice pentru șuruburi trebuie umplute și sigilate cu unsoare.

6. În timpul utilizării rețelei, întreținerea completă anticoroziune ar trebui efectuată la fiecare 4 până la 5 ani.

The joints and excess holes of the bolt ball joints should be filled and sealed with grease. 6. During the use of the grid, comprehensive anti-corrosion maintenance should be carried out every 4 to 5 years.
